George specialises in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions and two decades of experience in the region. His expertise lies in local set up, regional and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, local IPOs, and real estate projects and developments. 



He also advises several multinational firms on establishing presence and acquiring licenses to operate in UAE, initiating discussions with regulators such as the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in respect of compliance.

Cindy Charles

Cindy Charles: Born in Nottingham and worked for Emirates Cabin Crew Training Division in Dubai, followed by roles in tourism, workforce development and healthcare.

Having been in and out of Dubai over the last 25 years, she continues to be amazed by its vibrancy and innovation. "What's next ?" she says..
